Cudis 'Surge' with Pride at Elex Harrogate Success

Bury based circuit protection supplier CPN-Cudis were delighted with the positive response received from visitors to the recent Elex Harrogate exhibition. The two days were a great success with CPN-Cudis representatives meeting a number of electrical wholesalers and contractors interested in the products displayed.

With the launch of an array of new products, including the high quality 3 Phase Distribution Boards and surge protection equipment, CPN-Cudis had much to show customers and help them understand the benefits of these products and their applications.

"It was an excellent opportunity to discuss our new products with customers", explained Northern Area Sales Representative Justine Kelly. "We are proud of the quality of our new products at Cudis, we are seeing increased sales, and enjoy presenting the products to the public."

The event generated a great number of sales and product leads that the team is following up and also led to other contacts being received who entered the prize draw for a large Easter Egg, which was drawn at the end of the event. This was won by Colin Carter manager of Yesss Electricals upcoming branch at Carlisle and was presented at the new Yesss Distribution Centre in Normanton, with Justine seen presenting his prize inside the premises to Colin.

Following on from the success of Elex Harrogate Cudis are looking forward to future shows, with exhibition stands at the upcoming NICEIC Live Show at Epsom Downs in May and the Electrical, Energy and Lighting Trade Show in Belfast in April, making 2013 an exciting year for all involved.

Cudis Turn �Pink� for Breast Cancer Day

Cudis Turn 'Pink' for Breast Cancer Day

Bury based Cudis Limited raised over £300 when it staged a 'Wear It Pink' day on Thursday 25th October for the Breast Cancer Campaign.

The day was a massive success, helping to raise money for a charity very close to many people's hearts and providing a fun day for all the staff.

Although the national event took place on Friday 26th October, Cudis held theirs a day early to ensure that the organiser, Nicki Piper, could enjoy both the fun of the day and still make a pre-planned trip to London to watch her much loved American Football at Wembley. Of the day Nicki stated 'it is amazing how all the team entered into the spirit of the day and also gave so generously with their time and money for such a good cause'.

The workplace at Cudis was awash with pink as all of the staff participated in some way and contributed to the fundraising. The fun included a fancy dress competition named 'Pretty In Pink', a 'Pink' cupcake sale and a raffle.

Cudis is dedicated to supporting cancer charities with McMillan as one of its nominated charities, raising money in 2011 by walking to the summit of Snowdon, and will be holding more fundraising events in the future.
